Story : After securing a distinction in M.Tech, Raghava, who hails from a village in Mandya, aspires to go to the USA in search of a better life. But his father wants him to take up agriculture. Raghava is in love with Sandhya, who also seeks to settle down in the US. Both Raghava and Sandhya run away from home. On the other hand, Sherlin, a Kannadiga girl brought up in Finland, comes to Mandya in search of her roots.
